Tony Orr Jr. was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Intimidation with a Weapon. Orr’s brother, Alante Amaechi, got into an argument with the cashier at Logan Convenience Store over the price of the lighter. A few days later Amaechi brought Orr back to the store to continue their argument over the lighter. As the argument progressed Orr, who was wearing a mask, pulled a handgun from his waistband and began shooting. The clerk dove for cover and grabbed his own gun. Customers hid in the bathroom and the walk in cooler. No injuries were reported. Orr says he did not commit the crime.
