A Cedar Falls man has been arrested for allegedly masturbating in public, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police received a call around 6:30 Sunday night reporting a man pacing back and forth in the area of 17th and Tremont Streets with his hand in his pants. The callers were also able to take pictures of the incident and share them with police. 29 year old Alexander Jacobi was arrested and charged with one count of Indecent Exposure.
