Clarksville and Butler County welcomed Maddie Poppe home with open arms yesterday.

Officials said Maddie’s performance broke the fairgrounds’ attendance record. Maddie performed five songs during her concert last night, including one with her dad, who taught her how to play guitar. Maddie will take the stage one last time this Sunday, and the winner of American Idol will be declaired the following evening.
