A $1,500 cash reward is now being offered for information leading to the resolution of a 2003 cold case in Waterloo, according to KCRG. On January 3rd of 2003 Waterloo police found the bodies of Rhiannon Olsen and Alonzo Quinn in a home in the 1000 block of Hartman Avenue after conducting a welfare check. Olsen was also nine months pregnant, her baby also died. The cause of death for Olsen and Quinn was determined to be gunshot wounds and their deaths were classified as homicides. At the same time there was a string of home invasions, kidnappings, and shooting in the area. Anyone with information can contact the Waterloo Police Department or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
