Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case of vandalism at Elmwood Cemetery in Waterloo. Headstones were defaced or toppled by vandals on two separate occasions, the first on June 29th. In that instance 69 were vandalized. Nearly all of those had been repaired when, on November 2nd, roughly 70 were damaged. It is unclear if the two incidents are related. No arrests have been made.
