A $1,500 reward is being offered for information that brings closure to an unsolved murder of a 15 year old in Waterloo, according to Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers. Cortez Harrison was taken by private vehicle to Allen Hospital Monday night around 10:15. He had multiple gunshot wounds and was unresponsive. He was pronounced dead by hospital staff shortly after arriving. Waterloo Police say the shooting took place in the 2800 block of East 4th Street.
