The Waverly Public Library has announced that due to rising COVID-19 numbers they are now closed to the public. They will, however, still offer drive through and home delivery services. The library will be open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm. The Waterloo Public Library has also closed to the public due to the risk level in Black Hawk County moving from moderate to high. They are still offering curbside services.
