A portion of road in downtown Waverly is closed to through traffic. 2nd Avenue NE is closed at 2nd Street NE to through traffic for concrete repairs to the north portion of the City Hall parking lot. Weather permitting the road will reopen to traffic by the middle of next week. The City of Waverly asks that drivers obey road closed and detour signs.
