A road in Waterloo will close down Tuesday, January 28 and stay closed for three days, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Downing Avenue from Dorothy Drive to Ansborough Avenue will close at 7:30 Tuesday morning to allow the Public Works Department to perform an emergency street repair.
