A Cedar Falls man was arrested on Thursday after an alleged road rage incident, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 67 year old Rick Dunleavy allegedly became upset when the vehicle in front of him did not turn right on a red light at the intersection of Highway 218 and northbound Highway 63 at around 5:40 p.m. Thursday. Dunleavy allegedly approached the vehicle with a baseball bat and yelled at the women inside. Dunleavy then allegedly stuck the bat inside the vehicle in an aggressive manner. He has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor Assault. He was released pending trial.
