A road in Waverly that was closed Tuesday will be closed for the majority of today as well. A portion of 5th Avenue Southwest from 5th Street Southwest to 6th Street Southwest was closed Wednesday in order for the old water service to the pool to be disconnected. Now, due to unforeseen circumstances, that portion of the road is expected to remain closed for most, if not all, of today.
