A lane closure begins Wednesday in Waterloo while another road will be closed tomorrow morning. The outside southbound lane of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive/East 5th Street between High Street and Mulberry Street will be closed beginning at 9:00 Wednesday morning. The lane closure will allow private water service work to be done. The lane is expected to be closed until Monday morning. Thursday morning from 7:00 to noon Park Avenue will be closed from Cedar Street to Sycamore Street. This closure will allow City staff to perform flood closure training.
