Cedar Falls Police responded to a single vehicle accident at the corner of Highway 58 and Ridgeway Avenue on Sunday morning. When they arrived on scene they found that the vehicle had rolled into the southbound ditch. The driver of the vehicle, who was identified as 29 year old Tanner Henning, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries while a passenger was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. Henning was charged with 2nd offense OWI, Possession or Carrying of Dangerous Weapon While Under the Influence, Driving While License Suspended, and Failure to Maintain Control. The incident remains under investigation and more charges may be filed.
