Wednesday morning at 7:52 the Bremer County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 2800 block of Hwy 93 west of Sumner. A 2004 Chevrolet truck was traveling eastbound and lost control on the ice covered road. The truck entered the south ditch and rolled over, ejecting the driver. The driver, 18 year old Isabelle Linn Meyer of Sumner, was transported to Community Memorial Hospital where she later died from her injuries. Meyer was a senior at Sumner-Fredericksburg High School.
