Another self-defense class for women will be offered for those in the area in September. This class is geared towards women ages 16 and up and will focus on awareness and escaping a potentially dangerous situation.
Vicky Green, CEO of Green’s Self-Defense, has over 25 years of self-defense and martial arts experience, she clarifies the difference between the two:
The class will be held at the Boyd Building in Shell Rock on Monday September 15th and is $10 per person. Participants are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothes.
