A semi driver from Clarksville hit an SUV that allegedly ran a stop sign in Fayette County on Monday night. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says that 21 year old Jackson Roushar of Cedar Rapids was driving a 2014 Nissan Murano when he ran a stop sign on Cedar Road. 31 year old Taran Sherburne of Clarksville was driving a semi eastbound at the same time and collided with the Murano. Roushar was transported to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. No injuries to Sherburne were reported. The Murano was deemed a total loss. Sherburne’s semi suffered approximately $80,000 worth of damage.
