Sentencing Delayed for Former Bachelor

Former “Bachelor” star Chris Soules was in court in Independence Tuesday for what was supposed to be his sentencing after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury. However, the judge in the case ruled that Soules’ sentencing would be delayed. The delay came after Soules attorney asked for a new pre-sentence investigation report because the previous one included victim impact statements that the judge ruled would not be considered, according to KWWL. The new sentencing date has not been made public.

NBC News is now reporting that Soules has agreed to $2.5 million to the family of Kenneth Mosher, the man killed in the accident. That settlement took place in a separate court case.
