A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a boy in October, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say 38 year old Brittyn Nagel threatened to kill the boy’s family and expose him if he did not meet him. The two then allegedly met at a park on Josephine Street on October 14th where Nagel allegedly performed a sex act on the boy. Nagel’s DNA was recovered. Text messages between the had been sexual in nature leading to the alleged sexual encounter according to police. Nagel has been charged with third degree Sexual Abuse and Enticing a Minor.
