Two men have pleaded to child sex crimes in separate cases in Charles City, according to KIMT. 61 year old Randy Nibaur, of Elma, has now entered an Alford Plea to third degree Sexual Abuse. Nibaur was originally charged with second degree Sexual Abuse after police say he abused a child under the age of five on multiple occasions. He will be sentenced on January 8th. The Alford Plea means Nibaur does not admit guilt but concedes there is enough evidence to convict him. 34 year old Daniel Hibner of Charles City was originally charged with second degree Sex Abuse after investigators alleged he committed multiple sexual acts on a victim under the age of 10. He has now pleaded guilty to three counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child. Hibner will be sentenced on January 8th.
