A Waterloo sex offender has been arrested for violating sex offender registry rules, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 31 year old Bryan Pittman allegedly failed to notify authorities of his pickup truck and a TikTok account when he registered as a sex offender. He also allegedly visited porn websites, which is a violation of his probation agreement. Pittman was sentenced to probation with residential facility placement for felony Enticement and Grooming charges after he posed as his wife to encourage who he believed to be a 15 year old girl to meet him for sex. The girl was actually an officer with the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
