A Waterloo sex offender has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a 13 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 46 year old Jason Harkrider is accused of entering the bedroom of the girl with his penis sticking out of his pants. He then allegedly hugged and kissed the girl and rubbed her thigh and tried to lift her blanket. He was already on parole after fondling a 7 year old girl while she was slept and showing her his genitals in 2020. Harkrider has been charged with Indecent Exposure and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
