A sex offender has been arrested for allegedly stalking an ex-girlfriend, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 43 year old Revar Harrell was arrested on a charge of Stalking as well as a probation violation. Witnesses told police that Harrell routinely would show up at the woman’s home and honk his horn and throw rocks at the house, despite being told by police at least twice to not contact the woman. On September 4th Harrell allegedly approached the woman at a laundry mat and threatened to assault her if he saw her with anyone else. Harrell was convicted in 2019 in Illinois for sexually abusing a child under the age of 12. He was arrested last year in Iowa for violating his sex offender registration by not notifying authorities that four children, ages 4 to 15, were living with him.
