A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a female in Benton County in April, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Jose Sanders Vasquez has been charged with third degree Sexual Abuse in connection with an event at a home outside the small town of Garrison on April 19th. The details of the alleged abuse have not been made public. Sanders is being held on a $10,000 bond.
