A California man, who used to live in Waterloo, has been accused of having sexual contact with a 15 year old boy, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 27 year old Ernie Perez Jr., now of Jurupa Valley, California, is accused of providing the teen with a “pen” to get him high on multiple occasions. After each instance Perez allegedly sexually abused the boy. He has been charged with two counts of third degree Sexual Abuse. The investigation into Perez has been ongoing since July when the boy was interviewed at the Child Protection Center.
