A Mason City man has been sentenced to probation for sexually abusing children in Floyd County when he was a teenager, according to KIMT. 25 year old Aaron Wells pleaded guilty to two counts of lascivious acts with a child while two counts of second degree sex abuse were dismissed as part of the plea deal. Wells was accused of abusing two children under the age of 10 when he lived in Floyd County in 2012 and 2013 when he was between the ages of 16 and 18. He was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.
