Waterloo Police have arrested a man in connection with a shed fire last week, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Donavon Gamblin has been charged with first degree Arson. Police say Gamblin set the shed on fire because the people inside the home at 917 W. Fifth Street would not let him inside. The shed was located less than two feet from the home and there were two people in the home at the time.
