A Shell Rock man is out on bond after allegedly forcing his way into his ex-girlfriend’s rural Waverly home.
Court records show Clint Allen Beninga, 30, is charged with first-degree burglary, a Class B felony, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, a serious misdemeanor, and obstruction of emergency communications, a simple misdemeanor. Upon conviction, first-degree burglary is punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
