Waterloo Police are investigating shots fired in an alley on Monday night, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Neighbors around the 500 block of Reed Street called 911 around 8pm and reported hearing several gunshots. Police located multiple spent shell casings in an alley. To this point no injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
