Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man after reports of shots fired early Tuesday morning. Police were initially called to 710 Seerley Blvd around 12:30 Tuesday morning to investigate vandalism done to the residence. While they were en route the reports of shots fired came in at the same location. During their investigation police found that an unknown person had thrown items at the outside of an apartment belonging to 22 year old Arden Hall. Hall then fired a .410 shotgun and a .357 revolver from his kitchen window before going outside and firing more shots into the air. Hall ended up doing damage to a vehicle in the parking lot and was charged with reckless use of a firearm causing property damage, which is a misdemeanor.
