Waterloo Police are investigating reports of shots fired near Crossroads Mall Tuesday night, according to KWWL. People, who were in a car, say they were shot at by another group who left the scene on foot. Police later pulled over a vehicle containing three teenagers. A 17 year old and a 16 year old were cited for Interference. The third teenager ran from the scene. A handgun was found in the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Police did report finding shell casings outside of the Riddles Jewelry location. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
