A Cedar Falls man has been arrested on assault charges after police were called to a shots fired incident early Valentines Day, according to KCRG. Police were called to the 500 block of West 12th Street at around 2:15 a.m. When police arrived on scene they made contact with numerous people and found a spent shell casing. After an investigation they placed 21 year old Julian Lamp in custody and charged him with Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and Reckless Use of a Firearm.
