The City of Waverly is reminding its citizens that it is against City Code to throw, push, or place snow or ice from sidewalks onto streets. The only exception is for property owners in the downtown business district, who can deposit sidewalk snow in the street or adjacent to the curb as long as it is done prior to Public Works snow hauling and removal operations.
