Many have noticed a significant amount of water constantly standing in the parking lot between McDonald’s and Miller True Value in Waverly. The Waverly McDonald’s is a franchise run by the Soifer family. Their Public Relations and Employee Engagement Supervisor, Emily Garden, shares their position on the issue.
