Police in Sumner are looking for the person who walked through wet cement on First Street. The city says contractors poured cement at Washington and First Street Thursday and then someone walked through the cement leaving footprints all along their path. The DOT is now requiring the City to tear up the damage and pour it again. This will add to the cost for the City and will delay the reopening of First Street. Anyone with knowledge of who walked through the cement is asked to contact Sumner Police.
