Sunday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 in the Waverly-Shell Rock Middle School auditorium the Waverly-Shell Rock School Board is hosting an event called Beyond the Scoreboard.
School board president Dennis Epley explains that efforts to improve sportsmanship among the players and coaches have been going on and this event is for the public.
The event is free and will feature speakers coach Al Kerns, hall of fame wrestling coach Jim Miller and Matt Ray.
