A man has been arrested after another man was found with serious stab wounds behind the Waterloo Veterans Hall early Sunday morning, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police found the injured man around 1:00 a.m. Sunday. They had him transported to the hospital where he is in stable condition. Police arrested a 38 year old man but his name has not been released and the case is still under investigation.
