An 18 year old has been arrested after allegedly drag racing on Highway 58 in Cedar Falls near Greenhill Road. An officer witnessed a white car and a dark colored truck drag race in the southbound lanes around 9:30pm Tuesday. The officer attempted to pull over both vehicles but the car continued on at speeds exceeding 100mph. Police were able to identify the driver, however, as Andrew Winters. He has been charged with Eluding, Drag Racing, Reckless Driving, and Speeding.
