An 18 year old from Waterloo has been arrested after allegedly taking money from a car during an attempted drug deal, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say they received a call on Sunday night around 9:50pm reporting an alleged theft. The victim told police that Jessie Small was trying to sell them drugs in the 500 block of West Fourth Street. The victim ultimately told Small they did not want any drugs at which point Small allegedly reached into the vehicle and grabbed $150 and rode off on his bicycle. Police found Small in front of his Randolph Street home a short time later and arrested him on a charge of second degree Burglary.
