A teen who threatened violence against Waterloo East, Waterloo West, and Cedar Falls on Tuesday has been cited, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say the threats were made on social media and they became aware of them on Tuesday afternoon. They were able to track the threats to a 16 year old East student. They were cited for Intimidation with a Weapon. Police say the student did not actually have the weapon they claimed to have.
