Cedar Falls Police were led on a high speed chase early Tuesday morning. Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of Rownd Street and University Avenue around 1:20 Tuesday morning. The vehicle eluded officers and continued to the area of Greenhill Road. The driver then turned southbound onto Oster Parkway and drove through a dead-end area into a bean field. The vehicle was able to get back onto Viking Road before they were finally brought to a stop. A 16 year old was arrested and charged with Eluding. They also face traffic violations. No injuries were reported.
