An 18 year old was cited after rolling his vehicle in La Porte City Tuesday, according to KWWL. The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 1000 block of Main Road around 11:30 a.m. When they arrived on scene they found that Noah Kepford had lost control of his vehicle as he attempted to negotiate a curve and struck a sign before the vehicle overturned in the ditch. Kepford was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries while a passenger was uninjured. Kepford was cited for Failure to Maintain Control of the Vehicle.
