A Waterloo teen has been arrested after stabbing his friend with a kitchen knife last Thursday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 17 year old Emmanuel Mehdeh was arrested and charged with Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury. Police say he got into an argument with his friend around 4:40 a.m. Thursday morning. During the dispute, Mehdeh pulled out a kitchen knife and asked his friend where he wanted to be stabbed. When the friend did not respond, Mehdeh stabbed him in the thigh and foot before fleeing. The victim was treated for his injuries, which were not life threatening. Mehdeh is being charged as an adult.
