Two Waterloo teenagers have been arrested for allegedly robbing a home early Wednesday morning, according to KWWL. Waterloo Police were called to 1760 Newell St shortly after midnight Wednesday morning. When they arrived on scene they witnessed two masked individuals inside the home. Police had been told that the two suspects were armed with handguns and the residents were still inside the home. Officers were able to make contact with the teens and convinced them to surrender with no injuries. 18 year old Patrick Isabell and a 17 year old have both been charged with First Degree Robbery, First Degree Burglary, and Going Armed with Intent.
