Two teens were arrested after stealing a car in Waterloo and running from the police on Sunday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police received a report of a stolen car from the Hy-Vee Wine and Spirits on Kimball Avenue around 5:30 Sunday evening. They located the vehicle near Falls Avenue and Maxwell Street and attempted a traffic stop, however the driver refused to pull over. The vehicle became trapped on a dead end road at Community Motors. 18 year old Najaha Ragsdale ran from the passenger seat but was quickly captured. A 17 year old girl was driving the vehicle. They both were charged with first degree Theft and Interference with Official Acts.
