The following is a press release from the Bremer County Sheriff:
On May 31, 2022 the Bremer County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen vehicle from 1387 260th St. Waverly. An investigation showed three juveniles took a 1995 Rally Wagon van from a building on the property. The teens drove to a location in Cedar Falls where they abandoned the van. They stole a second vehicle from Cedar Falls and were apprehended in Des Moines the following day. A 16 y/o juvenile female from Marshalltown, 15 y/o juvenile male from Garwin, and 17 y/o female from Dubuque were cited into juvenile court for burglary 3rd and operating a vehicle without owner’s consent.
