Waverly mayor Mark Anderson spoke about a couple of Tax Incremental Financing, or TIF, deals that the city is involved in.
He said that the theatre project will be receiving money.
Anderson said the city will be ending its agreement with the Red Fox Inn and that business has not received any money from the city.
