The Waverly Palace Theatre has been closed since 2018. New ownership is applying for historic tax credits from the State of Iowa in an effort to reopen the venue. Those tax credits should be awarded in July.

Once finished the theatre will have two screens, food and beverage options and living spaces above the business.
