The owner of a Cedar Falls tree service company has been arrested for allegedly taking payment but never doing the work. 50 year old Keith Koehn was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with second degree Theft. High Acres Mobile Home Park allegedly gave Koehn’s company, 2 Guys Tree Service, $2,500 to rent equipment to remove trees at the mobile home park. They would then pay a further $2,400 once the work was done. Koehn allegedly cashed the first check but the work never began. The mobile home park went to the police in April.
