A trial has tentatively been set for the Black Hawk County Supervisor accused of sexual abuse, according to KWWL. Chris Schwartz has been charged with two felony counts of third degree Sexual Abuse. He allegedly engaged in sexual activity with someone while they were incapacitated on two occasions in August of 2023. On one occasion the alleged victim found pictures of the incident after the fact. In the other, the alleged victim woke up during the incident. The trial has now been scheduled for July 28th. It was originally scheduled for yesterday but was postponed.
