Halloween is on Thursday and towns around the area have announced their trick-or-treating times. Waverly will hold theirs on Thursday from 5:30-7:30. Many other area towns will hold their trick or treating at the same time including Shell Rock, Janesville, Fairbank, and Tripoli. Several others will hold their slightly earlier, from 5-7, including Clarksville, Dunkerton, Denver, Sumner and Fredericksburg. Waterloo and Cedar Falls will hold theirs later, from 6-8. Readlyn got theirs out of the way early, they did theirs Sunday.
